Setting Up the Platform
The Adjustment bolts supply the support for the putting platform and determine the slope, speed, and angle of the path-line to putting hole. There is generally a slight difference in angles from the rear platform, insert, and front platform. The portable level is used to set up the putting surface and fine tuning the putt-line when creating different positions.

Installing Adjustment Bolts
Lay the rear platform on its side with easy access to the insert on the bottom. Start with the 7” adjustment bolts, remove the black knob and nut from each bolt. Insert the bolt into the metal insert on the bottom of the rail. Screw bolts clockwise until the adjustment bolt foot pedestal extends 2” below the railing’s bottom.Reinstall nut onto the adjustment bolt about an inch with lock washer face up. Reinstall black knob onto the adjustment bolt until finger tight. Screw nut to black ball and tighten with a 7/16” wrench.
Lay the insert platform on its side with easy access to the insert on the bottom.
Start with the 9"adjustment bolts, remove the black knob and nut from each bolt. Insert the bolt into the metal insert on the bottom of the rail. Screw bolts clockwise until the adjustment bolt foot pedestal extends 2” below the railing’s bottom.
Lay the front platform on its side with easy access to the insert on the bottom.
Start with the 11" adjustment bolts, remove the black knob and nut from each bolt. Insert the bolt into the metal insert on the bottom of the rail. Screw bolts clockwise until the adjustment bolt foot pedestal extends 2” below the railing’s bottom.

Rear Platform
Setting up rear platform, foot stand, and small pedestal. Place platform upright in place resting on the two adjustment bolts while connecting the small pedestal onto the back of the platform’s bolt using one of the three holes. Place foot stand a long the platform. Adjust the height of the platform by selecting one of three holes on the pedestal so that the putting surface is the same height as the foot stand.
Adjustment bolts settings. The ideal setting for the rear platform is to have a slight angle from front to back so ball will return down the channel. The surface has to be flat enough to hold the ball from moving when placing ball at set up. A good test is dropping a ball one to two inches making sure the ball doesn’t move. Place the level between the bolts and raise or lower side rails until level. Tip> When front and rear platforms are attached, (10ft), these adjustment bolts are the primary adjustment bolts for leveling and changing the platform’s slope.

Insert Platform
This platform is used to extend putting surface to 14ft. Set platform in place by attaching the connecting dowels into the rear platform and locking it in place with the latches. Tip> When the three platforms are attached, (14ft), these adjustment bolts are the primary adjustment bolts for leveling and changing the slope. Changing the height of the side rail, raises or lowers all three platforms. This changes the path line which is no longer a straight line. Aim and speed become equally important and the ball requires the right speed to have the ball brake into the hole. The breadcrumbs, aim-line markers, may be a good way to show the arc in the path line for practicing aim and speed.

Front Platform
Installing the front platform. Set platform in place by attaching the connecting dowels into the rear platform (10ft) or insert platform (14ft) and locking it in place with the latches.
Leveling: First step is to have the putting surface level and correct slope from front to back. Creating a level surface may require adjusting all six bolts. Tip> Raising with one adjust bolt raises complete side from front to back. Leveling requires fine turning of the rear and front knob together with left and right knobs for having a level putting surface. Once the correct height of the platforms are set, place the level between the bolts and raise or lower side rails until level.Note: A good way to check is by releasing the ball in front of the hole and watching the ball roll to the rear. The ball is very responsive so don’t be concerned if the ball wavers a bit. Shims may be necessary at the rear if the floor is uneven. The current settings from installation should be about a Stimp. 12 to 14. Raise and lower the front and insert platforms with knobs for changing the ball speed. Enhance the putting experience with the 3” and 2” hole reducers used for target putting and Match-putt game. The no-hole insert is for routines practicing ball-release tempo and putt-line accuracy. We encourage the low-density laser because of the dangers of high density lasers to possible eye damage.

Setting Up Auto-return Ball Spring
The factory has preset the direction and auto-return spring power for returning made balls. This can be changed for a more preferred position or was moved in shipping. If you are happy with made balls returning to start position, no further action is required.
Putt-hole ring and auto-ball return springChanging the ball return direction is done by removing the four black screws on putt-ring/auto-ball spring kit’s back plate and moving the assembly right or left. Replace the 4 black screws as they hold the kit in place for a smooth transition from putting surface to putt-hole ring. Once satisfied with the new location screw the kit’s back plates back to the platform.
Auto-spring ball return The Robo Cup is mounted by velcro and can be moved or removed to replace batteries. Batteries are in the ON position and last 5 plus. Moving the Robo Cup unit forward away from the box wall will reduce the distance a ball will travel in the air
Level and Magnetic Zone
Head board rail has a built in three degree inclinometer. Monitor the adjustment bolt settings for keeping slope and breaking putts. Reference for slope left in previous settings and mark settings for recurring practice routines.
Magnetic 8” by 3” Zone for holding plaques and training aids in place. Holds plaque stationary which can be removed and replaces as space is neededStabilizes the low-density laser from the front of the putting surface as needed.
